Sarah is a Principal Consultant at Synergia. Sarah is a experienced evaluator who has held roles in academic and NGO settings before joining Synergia in 2017.
Sarah brings a deep and thorough understanding of her craft, shaped by experience across diverse contexts and sectors. Both curious and rigorous in building evidence, Sarah is committed to taking
people with her on the journey—ensuring that evaluation is not only robust, but also
engaging, transparent, and meaningful for those involved.
Her understanding of programme implementation enables her to navigate complexity
and support practical, sustainable change. She is adept at integrating financial,
operational, user experience, and system-level perspectives to produce evaluation
findings that are not only credible, but also useful and actionable.
At Synergia, Sarah leads and supports all aspects of evaluation activity, creating
bespoke designs informed by a range of evaluation frameworks and approaches,
and using mixed methods. She has worked across the social, health, and sport
sectors, partnering closely with clients to ensure evaluation informs decisions, builds
capability, and delivers value.
